Stefan Huxoll
I was born 1968 in Wuppertal. Self-tought-person – first exposition to photography
at the age of 10. After I finished high-school I started a practical education as
a salesman. Later I moved to Berlin, where I lived for 6 years. I worked in the
editorial field at SFB (TV broadcasting channel in Berlin) and as a selfemployed eventmanager.
After that I started working at Lufthansa German Airlines, where I spent 10 years
as a flight attendant and purser in the long-distance, European and domestic department.
Meanwhile I graduated in economics and development of personal-skills – so coaching
of employees became part of my occupation. Since 2001 I am involved in the field of
applied photography. At the same time I am working as a freelancer in the field of
developing my customers personal skills and coaching people / employees at several companies.
For 30 years photography has been a fellow to me, and that has brought a lot of pictures
to my archives. Without a doubt there is a big influence on my work because of my occupation
in the airline field – and my long-term vacations in foreign countries (esp. in south-africa and Namibia).
Since 2005 I am publishing from time to time selected series of my photographs.
Current project:
